Code of Conduct

Professional Behaviour Maintain professional behaviour at all times.
Respect Others Respect fellow exhibitors, visitors and event staff.
Signage Aggressive, offensive or inappropriate signage is not permitted.
Audio Only low-volume background music is permitted. Loud amplified music is prohibited.

Prohibited Materials & Activities

Weapons Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Hazardous Materials Hazardous or flammable materials require prior written approval.
Products Illegal or counterfeit products are not permitted.
Content Offensive, discriminatory or explicit content is prohibited.
Photography Commercial filming or photography is not allowed without organiser approval.

Safety Requirements

Booth Clearance Maintain a minimum 1 metre clear pathway around the booth.
Electrical Safety Ensure all electrical connections are installed and secured correctly.
Emergency Exits Be familiar with the location of the nearest fire exit.
Hazard Reporting Report any safety hazards immediately to event staff.

Photography & Recording Policy

Personal Photography Visitors may take photographs for personal use.
Commercial Photography Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval from the exhibition organisers.

Liability & Insurance

Public Liability Insurance Minimum coverage of RM 1,000,000 is required. The insurance certificate must be submitted during booth setup.
Liability The organisers are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to exhibitor property.

Dispute Resolution

Resolution Process Any dispute will be resolved through mediation by the Exhibition Director. All decisions are final and binding.

Before April 1 Full refund less 10% administrative fee
April 1 – May 1 50% refund
After May 1 No refund
