Vehicle Restrictions

Maximum Vehicle Size 7 metres length, 2.5 metres height
Weight Limit Vehicles over 3 tonnes GVW require prior approval
Equipment Available Forklifts and pallet jacks

Loading Procedure

  1. Check in at Gate S with vehicle documentation.
  2. Receive your loading bay or parking slot assignment.
  3. Use the provided equipment such as dollies or hand trucks if required.
  4. Complete loading or unloading within the allocated 30-minute window.
  5. Move the vehicle to the designated parking area immediately after unloading.
  6. Check out with the gate staff before leaving.

Storage & Service Charges

Short-term Storage Available during loading hours (Free)
Extended Storage RM 100 per day (prior arrangement required)
Forklift Rental RM 200 per 2-hour session
Labour Assistance RM 50 per person per hour
